Julie Martin
Julie is a licensed esthetician and instructor, makeup artist, and certified aromatherapist. She trained and worked in Seattle, Washington until recently taking hiatus to stay at home with her three boys.
Getting her first taste in the industry working as a receptionist at a salon, she quickly discovered that she was very passionate about the skin and its care. After she trained and began working as an esthetician her intrests in the field grew. She found her niche in natural skin care and makeup with an emphasis on education, earned her instructors license, and went on to train other budding estheticians.
Essential oils and their use to mend the soul became a strong passion for Julie and she has spent several years studying their properties and effects. She loves customizing and blending essential oils for use as personal fragrance. She calls it "perfume with a purpose".
Since taking a break to stay at home with her children Julie has been learning the ropes of being a successful stay at home mom, from living on a one income budget to maintaining personal identity, all issues related to infants and toddlers, as well as what it takes to make a blended family succeed and thrive.
In her freetime Julie enjoys reading, movies, catching up on her DVR, and being near the water.
